Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time with no penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services.
If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know during or immediately after your appointment so we can address your concerns promptly.
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
